Katie Schrock is the owner and founder of Western Insights Media, a communications, marketing and public relations firm with a specialty in the western lifestyle. In February 2019 she brought in Rachel Owens-Sarno, Lisa Lucia, JJ Harrison and Katy Lucas to join in a dynamic rodeo sports podcast that also included other facets of the western lifestyle under the brand name; That Western Life.

Katie took courses, classes, asked questions and worked for other podcasters to get their podcast to where they are today as a go-to rodeo sports podcast.

“I think the first time I realized that we were truly doing something right was when I was at Social Media Marketing World and attending a podcasting session. Everyone was talking about these questions they had so I ventured a few answers - next thing I knew I was running the session and giving off-the-cuff checklists and layouts to everyone there. I can’t wait to share these all with you!” ~ Katie Schrock
